Wrestling empowers athletes to become leaders in life
We need to reflect on why we wrestle. It’s a tough sport where many young kids do not want to take on the challenges that they may encounter in wrestling. Wrestling can help develop many attributes that help our children become better people. Better leaders. Better workers. Better overall attitudes towards their life, jobs, and family. We want to prepare our children for life and wrestling will help us teach life lessons. It’s not about winning. Its about working together as a team. It’s about dedication, discipline, desire, commitment, sacrifice, pride, respect, courage, and responsibility.
